At Artis Group—Microsoft Gold Partner for Application Development & Intelligent Systems (top 1% globally)—I established the national marketing function, reporting directly to the Managing Director. I led GTM, brand, PR, and communications across SMB, government, and enterprise segments, and served as the marketing owner for the Biosecurity Intelligence System (BIS) during its IP commercialisation initiative and international market preparation.
BIS (Biosecurity Intelligence System) — IP Commercialisation & Global Readiness
Artis Group held temporary commercialisation rights to BIS (originally with NSW Department of Primary Industries) and ran a full commercialisation initiative via KPMG elevate61. I led marketing, PR, and executive communications to reposition BIS as a scalable, government‑grade biosecurity intelligence platform suitable for US and global markets.

Building the GTM foundation, commercial story, and multi‑audience messaging for government buyers, partners, investors, and international stakeholders.
